A first shipment of Kamado Chef ceramic grills and the Smokey Jokey rub line, put together as one working assortment rather than a full catalogue. Every unit below is a live product with stock and a carton size.
Five units, one of each. A deliberately small first delivery that still shows every size class from 13 to 22 and all three finishes: gloss black, gloss red and matte. Enough to open a floor without committing to depth.

Deliberately short: the parts a showroom needs to cook in front of a customer and the small items that move on their own. The full accessory range, twenty items, stays available on the standard partner price list.
1 pcThe small rack, for ribs and for holding roasts upright.
1 pcThe larger rack, for a full load on the 22.
2 pcsPulled pork and brisket handling. Fast-moving impulse item.
2 pcsNeeded every time the grid comes out. First thing a customer misses.
2 pcsPizza is the demo that sells the grill.
2 pcsOutdoor display protection and a delivery-day upsell.
The 19 and the 22 both arrive in gloss black and gloss red. A customer standing in the showroom can see the actual colour choice instead of picking it from a photo, which is the single biggest reason a ceramic grill sale stalls.
The Premium is the only line that ships in two units. It sits above the Classic on the same footprint, so a customer who came in for the Classic can be traded up without a second crate size and without a second delivery.
A 19 is 96 kg and a 22 is 110 kg boxed. The hibachis, the 13 and the rub cartons fill the gaps on the same pallet instead of travelling separately later.
A ceramic grill is bought once every ten years, a rub every month. The full set ships eight deep, so the shelf holds through the season and gives the partner a reason to speak to the same customer again.
Every grill on the floor needs a heat deflector and a stone before it can be demonstrated. Without them the demo day cannot happen, and the demo day is what sells the category.
The whole proposal is built to travel as a single delivery from Hungary inside the EU, with no customs step, so the opening order is one decision rather than four.
