Matte, gloss black and gloss red all arrive with the first delivery. A customer can see the actual finish instead of picking it from a photo, which is the single biggest reason a ceramic grill sale stalls.
This is the lowest-risk way in: every size class from 13 to 22 is present, and nothing is stocked twice. Depth belongs in the second order, once you have seen which body actually moves in your market.
A 19 is 96 kg and a 22 is 110 kg boxed. The 13 and the rub cartons fill the gaps on the same pallet instead of travelling separately later.
A ceramic grill is bought once every ten years, a rub every month. The full set ships eight deep, so the shelf holds through the season and gives the partner a reason to speak to the same customer again.
The pizza stones, the grid lifters and the two rib racks are what a demo day actually needs, and the covers protect the units that stand outside. Without them the demo cannot happen, and the demo is what sells the category.
